Healthy Avocado Cookies


No flour, No Sugar, No butter 

Healthy chocolate cookies..I know right, But honestly who knew that Bananas and avocados could aid in making the most delicious guilt free cookies ever!

I made these cookies as an experiment to attempt to have a 100% healthy treat without all the loaded calories and Voila! It happened! Now I must warn you these are most defiantly not like your average cookie.. they're a lot softer but just as delicious and you cant even taste the avocado, perfect for those wanting some healthy additives without knowing they're in there! #ghosting

Healthy Chocolate Avocado Cookies

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 CUP VERY RIPE AVOCADO
  • 1 RIPE BANANA
  • 1 EGG 
  • 1/2 CUP OF DARK COCOA POWDER 
  • 2 TBSP. OF RAW HONEY 
  • DARK CHOCOLATE CHUNKS TO TASTE
  • 1/2 TSP. OF BAKING SODA 

PREPARATION

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit  
  • Combine the avocado, banana, and honey into a bowl
  • Mix everything until smooth using a hand mixer
  • Add in the egg, baking soda, cocoa powder, and blend until smooth
  • Stir in the dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • Using a spoon, drop cookie dough onto a baking sheet
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookies are warm
